They have shared with me credentials for a Gmail account however I can't access that specific account. It instead logs into my other account that is already logged in.

About your issue, with Google shared passwords, the best practice isto not launch them since their login process is different when it comes to multiple logins, the best way to do this is by manually choosing what LastPass should it autofill.

I have the same issue, there´s once specific one that isn´t working for me and no matter if I reinstall extension etc.. it keeps saying password is incorrect (which is not).
