Lastpass SMS not coming

Hello, I have been using LastPass since 2014. I didn't face any technical issues but from today on wards I am not receiving any SMS or call from whatsapp. I am from UAE using DU telecom. I tried all the method like re-installing lastpass browser extensions, recovering account. but all need SMS otp. I dont know what happend to lastpass and how secure our saved records.

Same issue here. I was logout a week ago and when I tried to login, I'm not receiving the SMS message for the OTP. I tried the button for request assistance in logging in but not working either. I tried to recover my account and I can still see that's still pointed to my mobile number but not sure why I'm not receiving the SMS message.
