LastPass Account Info Deleted

I was an employee who signed up using my personal email (biggest regret) and my account was deleted from the company. However, my personal data was deleted with that as well.

Why does LastPass allow for that to happen? Please I need help as I have extremely vital information stored in my vault.

Any chance to recover?
