Saving a password in Lastpass from a web browser doesn't work. I receive the question to save the password, but nothing happens. Saving from an App works correct.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. After you have saved the password in your phone, if it does not show on other devices please try to force a sync of your vault data.

The problem is NOT a synchronisation issue. The password does not save in LastPass using a webbrowser on my android smartphone.
Saving a password when I login into an app works well.
The "autofill" also works well, both in browser and apps.
