I am merging all threads related to this issue in to this main thread. I have marked this post as the solution so that any new users coming to this thread can try the steps below to see if it fixes this problem.
For anyone experiencing this issue, could you try uninstalling the LastPass extension, restarting your browser, then reinstalling from here to see if this fixes this issue with the blank extension window?https://lastpass.com/misc_download.php
Everything seems to still be working but I can't get into my actual vault. It'll auto complete and even save new passwords but when I click the 3 dots icon the drop down is entirely blank.
Chrome Version 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
edit: my arse backwards fix was to change the master password to log me out everywhere which fixed the plugin.
Me as well. It was working fine before and starting yesterday every time I click on the three dots in chrome the window is completely blank. I am using a mac I'm not sure if that matters.
I have the same problem that I just noticed this morning. I have found that you can access your vault by going to LastPass's website and doing what you need there. But this stinks. Does anyone know a solution yet?

Sorry, I don't have a solution. I just wanted to add my "name" here, too, as it is happening to me as well. When I click on the active LastPass icon in my web browser (Chrome) toolbar all I get is a blank page. This is on a Mac Mini running Catalina (10.15.7) only in Chrome (Version 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (x86_64) which is the latest version). I can open the LastPass application and it seems to work just fine in Safari. It worked fine yesterday and the only difference with my computer today from yesterday is that I updated Default Folder yesterday.

Tried the YouTube video fix. Didn't work. There were two different chrome extension folders. Deleted the contents from both. Didn't help! I normally use Brave Browser (a more secure version of Chrome). I'm using Firefox now where LastPass works fine.

Follow the instructions on this YouTube video. I had the same problem and this fixed it.

The video fix didn't work for me either. Uninstalled the extension and installed again and it seems fixed now.
My current LP extension is 4.68.0 which you are suggesting uninstalling and downloading reinstalling with 4.64.0 an older version to use with Chrome87.0.4280.88.? If I weren't reading so many people losing their passwords after buying LP Premium I might be willing to do that. Only using/will ever use on original computer confirmed in my LP account settings with 3 unused tries.
Yes, same here and it reinstalled the 4.68.0 version even though Chrome web store lists it as being 4.64.0 version.

Me too. Same problem. On diferent computer and different networks. It still works, as we can access the logged in info from the menu (right clicking in a field), but it is awfully worst.

It looks as though the Downloads page for LastPass isn't updated with the newest version number--clicking "Download" for Chrome on the LastPass downloads page will take you to the Chrome Extensions store and will reinstall the newest version of the extension (v4.68.0)
Please also note that some users may not see their Vault correct after purchasing Premium due to a syncing issue which can be resolved quickly by f (their data isn't deleted at all, the user just needs to sync their account or log out and log back in to view their Vault again normally.)
Reinstalling the plugin (4.68.0) on windows/chrome worked for me. I was able to click the Dismiss link for the premium version, and this time I am still able to see my password folders.

Hi RachelO, I used copy pasted link you provided to Chrome web store and even though it says it's version 4.64.0 there, after downloading /installing it says it's 4.68.0. It solved the blank white issue is all I care about.

I see a white square dropdown in Brave. Removing and reinstalling the extension didn't work. I have to log in and get my passwords manually. If this doesn't fix in a week I'll be cancelling my subscription.
