Unfortunately if their account has been deleted this is permanent and cannot be undone. If they still believe they have an active account you can have them contact us via a support case and verify if the account is still active: Contact Us.

@LastPass User We generally keep deleted data for 30 days before erasing everything completely. If the event took place in the last month, then we may be able to recover a backup copy.
