Unable to renew Lastpass premium (purchased via Google Play)

I purchased LastPass premium via google Play in July 2021

Today i received an email asking me to renew my subscription. This is not working, as I get this error message

You're already signed up

Your email address is already associated with a LastPass Premium account. To purchase LastPass Premium, please log out and use a different account now.

I also opened up the Play Store app, where i can see my purchase under Budget & History, but nothing is listed under subscriptions.

@AshC I got the message shownieuws in my original post here.

Just now when I tried again I get a screen to confirm payment details.

At the sane time I received an email stating my equote is ready.

Seems something changed at your end and it is working now

Just to be sure the email you received is not false or malicious in any way, can you give us the address it arrived from, and perhaps a screen shot of the message with any personal info blocked out?

@etreur We are interested in why you received this message, as you should not have qualified for the early renewal option. Could you please send over a screen shot of what happens when you click the link to renew?

My take is I received a legit email on my account renewal and that Lastpass has an issue that is causing me to not be able to renew - not via the link and also not via Google Play.

I do still need a solution for this.

I am also unable to renew using Google Play. I have done so for the SEVEN prior years, but I keep getting the runaround from support at LastPass. I have loved using them for this long, and I hate to look for another program but............
