Unable to login or recover account due to MFA

Hi,

I've had to reset my phone recently and thus the authenticator had to be reinstalled. However, I am unable to log in to LastPass or recover my account due to me not receiving any SMS from LastPass. I tried the call option as well but just fails after a few seconds.

Appreciate it if someone can help me as I'm lost as to what to do from here. Even creating a support case requires me to log in.

Hi

I read your solution as I have a similar problem. No texts are arriving to back up mobile number to allow access to my vault.

I cannot see any way of contacting LP support to temporarily disable MFA - no phone or email information umber found.

I have noticed that if I upgrade from free to premium I qualify for email support but I cant even do this easily as LP recognises my email and asks me to log in which of course I cannot.
