Two usernames for same account

We use Active Directory for our authentication. Depending on the product that integrates with AD, some require that you log in with your CNAME (domain\username) and some require that you log in with your email address. Both of these are the same account, and therefore share a password.

Lastpass flags these two entries as having reused passwords. They are not reused, they are two different usernames for the same account. How do I correct this?

That is an OK workaround, and I'll definitely use it, but it's not quite the fix I'm looking for. These are very important accounts, so having them excluded reduces the value of the system.
