Reset my Duo Secret before disabling in lastpass now locked out

To Whom it may concern,

I stupidly reset my duo application secret before disabling 2FA in lastpass now I can not login to update the secret do toMultifactor authentication failed as my DUO no longer matches what lasspass has. I've tried to authenticate with out multifactor but it seems it just goes back to login page. Please help.

Ok ended up fixing myself. So for others that might run into this. When you log in there is a link to disable multifactor auth. You have to be quick and click that link which will then send you an email. Where you can confirm to disable.
