LastPass Support

From the testing we have completed, this issue is likely tied to the local browser cache. Please attempt to clear this cache completely, then log back into LastPass to confirm if all Vault contents return to normal.

I had support call me back, they had me remove then re-install extension (chrome) and then there was some dead attempt in their record (do not have much detail, which support cleaned up) and I was able to get to the notes I lost.

Update on my side: I solved the issue by logging in to my account using Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome.

Last Pass holds all my most sensitive and personal information, I am not a paid subscriber but I entrust Last Pass with my most personal information as a paid subscriber. I ask to have at least one Last Pass support email. Even today I no longer found my Security Notes very very important to me. I am a free Last Pass user, I would not like to reconsider other channels...... Thanks

Thank you AshC_LP. My vault had returned to normal 3 days ago without having done anything other than logging in each day as usual. I will keep in mind that clearing cache if this arises again in the future.
