I have never used an iphone. I wish I had copied the iphone ID before I removed it . I'd like to set up two factor authentication but it requires a cell phone which I don't use much. Can I list a line when a mobile phone is requested?
If you say I can't use a land line I'll have to use my flip phone. I'll change my log in.

Were you able to check the IP address of the device, listed in your account history?
Have you previously used an iPhone as a hotspot to connect to the internet?
It's never a bad idea to update your account password and make sure MFA requirements are set.
