I need to move my Team account to Business, which I can't do myself through the admin portal. So I opened a support ticket over a week ago and have received no response. The license purchase page recommends contacting sales, so I called the sales number only to get voicemail. So I set up a meeting this morning with a sales representative. I received several emails beforehand like a real human was on the other end, but then was ghosted on the call. I am frustrated to say the least.
