Like a few here on this forum I found out that I lost access to my email provider.
I still have a logged in session, but eventually I'll be completely locked out.
Is there a way to change my security email without access to it?

If you cannot access the current account email for Support, then you'll need to use a new account registered to the new address (or an alternate) in order to communicate that you need help confirming the primary account IP/device and/or confirming the email address if that wasn't done previously (needed to update the login email).
Once you regain access to the primary account, you can then delete the secondary account and update your login to that address instead.
You can use this login to manage your case request via email. If you never confirmed the original email, specify that we will need to confirm the current email address for the purpose of updating the login email address, as well as the IP/device.
I'm sorry but I'm not following...
The link that you sent me that has the "Request help logging in" asks me to confirm my email, which I just can't do.
Am I missing another link there?

If you have lost access to your login email address completely, you may use the 'Request help' button within this support article to create an email case. However, you would need to use an account where you still can access the email address. We can then see about confirming your IP or device for access to the account, which will allow you to log in with the account password and update your email.
** As long as the current account's email was originally confirmed, then you do not need to access it in order to update the login credentials -- only verify the new address when saving the change in your online account settings.

My email provider is no more, so there is no way for me to confirm the email address. There is no way me to regain access to that email...
I used the link that you provide and it needs to confirm my address... So I can't use that...
Is there another way to reset that email to a different one? Again I still have my LassPass session open if that helps.
