I would write that LastPass has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, but that would be giving them credit for having any customer service at all.
They recently introduced another form of verification... because their so called security was breached... and the only thing it does is make it harder for customers to log in which has caused me to be late to several meetings.
Even more frustrating is that they give you the option to skip this new step, although you have to log in multiple times to be able to do that, and you have an option to send a comment. I have requested help multiple times and get nothing back from them. Their online "Support" sends you in circles to the community or to articles they have, but none address the issue I'm dealing with.
Bottom-line: I am ditching Lastpass and I highly recommend you do NOT use this service.
