Cannot prevent auto login and autofill

Hi Free Lastpass users

Having tried all suggestion in the help sections, I fail to prevent LP auto filling and auto login. The 'Never URL route has no effect neither does un-ticking the relevant boxes in advanced options. Tried all of that several times but to no avail. The concerned site is PayPal.

Any guidance to resolve this problem, much appreciated.

Thank you for your screenshot of which representation I do not recognise, Attached is a screenshot of the chrome browser result when the LP icon at top RHS is left-clicked. The result for a right click brings up the small drop-down menu for Chrome Web Store for LP extension management. Do you, by chance, have Premium LP?

However, I seem to have resolved the problem = >Account Options > Extension Preferences >Ticked Box 'Log out when all browsers are closed'. Now LP remains inactive when Chrome is opened.

Thank you for your question. You'll want to disable the autofill or autologin for that specific credential.

You can do this by

Clicking the extension drop-down menu
Search the credential you want to change the settings on
Clicking the pencil icon for that credential
Click on Advanced Settings when the new page opens
Check the box for 'Disable Auotfill'
Click save

Thank you for your response. I must confess that I was unable to follow your instructions.

Where is the box to tick for theextension drop-down menu. Searching through all menus that I could find, I failed to locate what you have described. Please excuse my ignorance of the LP settings layout, and advise me further.

If you were referring to the LP extension in the browser, I was unable to correlate your instruction with options available to me from Chrome's pages.

Hello! This image might help you for the first few steps in the process. This is my chrome window with the dropdown for the extension menu clicked on the lastpass logo to right. Once you click the pencil icon you should end up on the right track.
