Can anyone get the new master password hash iteration encryption to update?

Question

I've tried several times to update the master password hash iteration encryption due to an email from LastPass saying it was required. I have gone through all of the steps and it seems to work, only to fail at the end and say they couldn't do it, try again later.

Sorry, I happened to be logged into the browser extension with my business account when I posted my comment.  I'm logged into the browser with my personal account now, so hopefully you can see that on your end.  I assure you, when I tried to change the iterations I logged into the mobile app with my personal account and it failed.  I retried it a couple times and gave up.

As an aside, my business account is federated (with Entra) and as far as I know does not need any action taken.

Appreciate you came here for answers.

We checked the accounts and noticed both are part of companies. The iteration change can be completed by a master password update,  changing the iteration count in the settings of the account or by an enforced policy.

If you are unable to change it on your own, check with your adminisitrators and have them submit a support ticket to further review.

For your account. @Will Perazzo​, if the change does not get completed from the settings or policies, check with your admin for a master password update on their end for the federation process.
