I was under the assumption that even though my device type was set to mobile I would at LEAST be able to export my vault so I do not permanently lose my passwords. I set it to mobile because it was an emergency and needed the passwords on my phone. However now that I have it set to mobile I cannot export from my computer and there is no option to do so on mobile. I already tried to do it on computer and verified the email but whenever I try to export the vault it asks for my master password and when entered just returns to the home page. I would like to request another device switch so I can get all of my passwords or a remedy so I can export the vault now.
