I'm having the same issue as described above.  Not having an issue if I switch to Edge.

Desktop running Windows 11 with all updates, Chrome is up to date Version 134.0.6998.36 (Official Build) (64-bit), LastPass Premium

* What web browser version is the LastPass app installed in?
