Shared folders of linked account not visible anymore

I'm using a business account for LastPass. I linked my personal account (paid family account) and up untill a few weeks ago had no issues. But since a few weeks the shared folders in my linked personal account are not visible anymore. I have to log out of my business account and login to my private account to see them. What do I have to do to see my shared folders of my linked account again?

I believe that the problem might be related to the linking. I recommend you stop the linking state between your 2 accounts and relink the account. You can stop the linking by following these steps: Unlink your company account from your personal account

Then relink the account from your business account, keep in mind that is possible that the system will ask you to claim the benefit in order to link the account if that is the case you will need to turn off the renewal for your personal account wait until the renewal date comes and claim the benefit through your work account and then link the account. I cannot get into any further details related to billing or payments due to this is a public space but try the steps above and hopefully it will resolve the issue.
