Unable to login even after account recovery

Hi There

I suddenly am not able to login at all - used my normal password and then the authenticator app - was told I need to re-link the authenticator app which I did and after that it stopped accepting my password - did account recovery with the sms to my phone and changed the password and used the one time login with the authenticator app - still unable to login even with the new password - cant login with biometrics on my phone either and its not allowing me to do an account recovery again.

Please help, I need a password saved kinda urgently

I have the exact same issue.

Had to change google authenticator

And after that fails to log me in saying to check credentials or check email. I do not receive any emails.

It seems the google authenticator update broke something.

Credentials are correct, because if I go offline, I manage to log into my offline vault.

I also tried doing a password recovery.

Gave me the same problem with the new password... and now no more one time passwords available.

I'm sorry the messaging there is not more clear.

In your case, you do not currently have enough cached LastPass browser data to create a recovery password. However, I can see that we're sending IP verification emails to your LastPass email address to confirm. Are you able to check for any communications from the@ lastpass.com address?

Sorry you are having the same experience, in your case, I could see you have added a security email to the account. Please, check your security email address for any confirmations from LastPass, if you found one that's out of date, please attempt to log in again, and trigger a new verification email.

I have recieved the emails and followed the processes, I have reset the password and still nothing, someone on your Facebook page said they removed 2FA for me but I still cant login with the new password or reset it again, I am now having a whole new issue.

I have tried on Chrome and edge both of which do have the browser extension installed and I still have the same issue, I am losing my mind here!

I can no longer generate one time passwords either

I have this same problem, but now I cannot even try to recover my account due to too many attempts. I have been trying on a browser that I have used for a while. The extension was open, and I also attempted to recover on the app that was working. Now I am locked out of everything.
