It looks like you haven't updated the account password in some time. Could you please try updating the login credentials next to troubleshoot the connection / encryption issue?
It might also be worth testing a private browsing window, then logging back into the LastPass app.

I been having the same issue he greyed out dogs leads me to an unknown url. I have to go to last pass website to log in and it works. Something’s wrong with plug-in.

What Chrome and LastPass version are currently installed together?
What device are you using with LastPass?
Are you using any multifactor authentication methods?
Do you experience the same behavior on an alternate device or web browser?
Hmm, I did some win11 updates and it seems to be working again thnx for the reply..Long time user of last pass and never really have issues.
win11, Firefox all his to date (now)….
