Password recover not working

I am trying to recover my password. When I start the recovery process, it starts multifactor authentication. I open that on my phone, and I get an error in my browser "Please enter a valid username or one-time password.

Says lastpass browser extension not installed, but it is installed on all three of these computers.

I have tried this on three different computers.

I can't reset on my phone either, face ID does not work, even though it works for all my other apps and phone unlock.

Tried clearing all my cache, no luck, Any help greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience when trying to access you LastPass account.

Based upon your Community email address, you were able to type the correct master password of the account and trigger the identity confirmation email based up on the new IP address in use. If you cannot log in currently, and are not receiving the verification emails, could you check your spam or commercial folders for anything coming from @lastpass.com ?

Tried it again and the multifactor authentification popped up on my phone, I clicked accept, and it didn't allow me to enter the lastpass 6 digit code, just popped up with this

Just tried again within a browser.clicked recover account, entered email.Got email, clicked the "Start LastPass Account Recovery" link.

If i click yes for using a onetime password for recovery, I get this

I got it. I retried my login, and this time I got the verification email, and was able to verify and log in

I was initially able to reset my password, but when I went to log in it did not work. I then tried all recovery options after that and an unable to log in or reset my password.

I also try to recover using iphone, and it doesn't recognize my face id either.

I see no emails in my spam folder
