I have tried support, but I am not getting any response from them. Perhaps the community can help me.
I have a corporate account with access to lastpass and have claimed family benefit for my personal account (succesfully). It shows this when I select account benefits. When I login with my personal account, everything works fine. However when I try to add my wife as a family member, I get a form that says I need to renew my subscription, but I have a subscription through account benefits from another account.
How can this be resolved?
