Cannot Renew Subscription

Last week I changed the credit card data with a newer version because this was expired. In the Account settings the credit card is correct now, but when trying to renew our Lastpass Teams, the system gives error message that I am not allowed to Renew. Does anyone know an email address were I can send a message or get in contact? Subscription is already expired for 1 week.
