I have a paid subscription. My master password doesn't work, and for whatever reason I don't receive any email from LastPass using the recovery tools they provide (and yes, I know I'm using the right email address, since I got the billing notice at it). I would like to cancel my subscription -- but I have to log in to do so. This is an endless, maddening loop. Anyone know how to get in touch with support or open a ticket *without* first logging in??
