i have this issue on Windows 11, in Chrome and MS edge.
Hello @dasdan20
Welcome to the LastPass Community.
When viewing the entire LastPass Vault online, then finding the right login for that site, and launching the site directly from there, does the correct set of credentials automatically populate?
If not, then we may want to investigate the behavior further. Please use the Contact web form to request a callback when you have some time to troubleshoot.
Search your vault and open up each individual Site entry in your vault that matches the website on which you're having this problem.
In each matching Site in your vault, click on the wrench icon in the lower left.
This will open a page that will show - in case this is what is causing your problem - Form Fields saved with that site.
Sometimes, when a Site is saved in LastPass, not just the special Username and Password items get saved, but also one or more other field names that appeared in the signup/login web form from which LastPass saved the Site.
As you can see in my example above, often these are just junk and don't affect actually logging in.
But, it has happened to me many times in the past (although not lately) that an old password will have been saved in a saved Form Field (sometimes, for reasons of web design which are probably Bad(TM) but apparently are/were common ..., *multiple* copies of each field existed on the signup/login form from which LastPass saved the Site data), and these sometimes overwrite the actual password which had been updated later. That is, you ask LastPass to fill in (what you see as the Id and Password from the main page of the saved Site in your vault) and LastPass indeed does that .. but then the saved Form Fields (which you have to know to go looking for) immediately overwrite it. It can look like LastPass is filling in the "wrong" password, when it actually filled in the right password .. and then immediately clobbered it. Not sure why saved Form Fields sometimes override the main Id and Password data. But, anyway:
Delete any unnecessary/ duplicate/ out-of-date saved Form Fields from each copy of the Site. Good luck.
