Not getting access to shared items

I am a free user who gets access to shared items from a premium user, my boss. This week, I have lost access to several of the items. At first, 're-sharing' the passwords fixed the problem, but now that does not even work.

I lost access to two items, the boss shared them with me again and I accepted both shares. But when I hit "Launch" I get to brought to the login page for those items and nothing populates in the username and pw fields.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I can see you have shared items, and no error is attached to them, if you can access the site by launching the item but is not populating. Please, attempt the following:

• Kill all active sessions –instructions here.
• Clear the local cache for LastPass –instructions here.
• Refresh sites –instructions here.

If the issue persists, update theLastPass browser extension(view downloads here), then log in to LastPass and try to perform the action again.
