Can't verify login attempt

Question

I am unable to access my LastPass account because I no longer have access to the email address registered with it. When I attempt to log in, I am prompted to verify via that email, but I cannot complete the verification process.

Could you please advise me on the steps required to recover or update my account email address so I can regain access? I can provide any necessary identification or additional information to confirm my ownership of the account.

Hi, @thelauraewilson​

Just reference the actual account email address when contacting Customer Support so we know which login to check.  After confirming your identity through specific personal + account questions, we can then clear your IP/device for access to that account.

Once that is complete, you can update the login email address.

If that email address is the one you created for this Community / Support request, you may delete that account in order to use it on the prior account.

Hi Verlaine,

I enter my old email address in the form, and a verification code is sent to my email which I am unable to access as I don't have access to that email address. Or should I put my current email address in the form?
