We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.That is not expected. I checked your account and it also shows that the LastPass MFA is failing you and thus, you are experiencing this issue. Please open your vault, disable the LastPass MFA, enable it again and do the same with Fido. That should take care of the issue.
