Hello. For a month now I’m getting this message (to apply your update settings to this site, reload this page) every time I click on the extension button on my Chrome browser to access my vault.
Does anyone know what is it and how to get rid of it?

If you still haven't found the solution, here it is.
If you’re using Chrome, Go to the setting, the three dots.in the upper right corner, click on Extensions > Manage Extensions.
In Site Access, where it says:Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit, there is a drop-down menu; pick the choice On all sites.
On the upper left corner, you should see the Update button. Click on it, close the browser, and that should fix it. You won’t be asked to Reload again.
I have the same problem! It's really annoying.
