can't receive SMS to RU number, can't login to change a number

I can't login. i'm asked for a code that is sent to SMS.

my phone number is Russian, can it me a problem now? it worked fine before.

i live in Spain and have spanish number now, but how to change a number in profile if i can't login?

i enter correct master password and asked for code form SMS, why there is no option to send email instead of SMS? i don't have MFA configured.

please help to login.
