not accepting master password to login

Hi,

Last pass is not accepting my master password, it says :

I have just had to reset my authenticator password and it accepted the password for that process. Now when I try to log in it says the message above. I cant see any emails in my junk mailbox. Any thoughts to what I can do to re-login.

Just an FYI: Check for the verification email in your "Security Email" account. This worked for me -

below is fromanother thread. I totally forgot about my "Security Email" setup on my account. Its different than my account email which is what the error below that we are all receiving directs you to.

"You have a security email configured on your account. It is a gmail account and our system has sent multiple verification emails to it. The verification emails come fromdo-not-reply-support@lastpass.com "

It seems to be a system issue. The server may not be able to handle all the customers updating their authentication codes at the same time.

I was logging in to upgrade my account to a business account, buthad to update my authenticator code.

Following that, I was unable to login to my account. So, there is no way to update payment information.

Log Me In do not seem interested in keeping paying customers.

Checked it already. Whitelisted the email address months ago. I did not set up any secondary email accounts.

Reviewing a lot of the forums, the email is often not sent if there is a problem with the login or the master password.

I know my login has not changed, and I am certain of my master password.

it seems to many people are having problems for it to be a isolated issue. I might have a look at social media to see if anyone is reporting it there.
