An item in my Vault vanished

1. Logged into LastPass on my Android via Chrome.

2. Found an item in my Vault and attempted to open the associated URL.

3. Got redirected but the username and password fields remained empty.

4. Backtracked one step and I could not find the Vault entry.

5. Can't find any option to restore deleted items,the Android Web Interface looks awful, can't tell if something happened.
