Locked out from Lastpass on PC because I switched to mobile. Cant change back

Hi! Today when I was at the bus I wanted to use LastPass. I switch to mobile. When I came home I wanted to login to Lastpass but was declined. I read support article that after switching three times I was locked to last device. I my case mobile. I am desperate to get my PC login to work so tried to pay for Premium but for some reason my payment was declined. So here I am. Locked out from Lastpass and can not access my websites that require login. Please how can I change back to PC is my login. I wont use mobile anymore. And I need this switch now. Kind regards. Ola

I can not get personal support cause I am using free account. I can not be a premium user because payment is declined from your side. I got a valid card...Help!

Regarding your purchase attempts, it could be something related to an MFA requirement or confirmation needed by the credit company.

I have tried to pay from both PC and mobile with different card. It doesnt work. How can I get help??
