Welcome to the LastPass Community.

EachLastPassuser's individual account can belong to only 1 multi-userLastPasssubscription at a time (that is,LastPass Families,LastPass Teams, andLastPass Business).

Once you log into the Admin Console, Go to Users > Add Users. There will be follow up fields to fill regarding the users themselves.
