Need correct instructions to export vault to csv

I am trying to export my LastPass vault to a .csv file for off-site keeping. I went to the Support page and found instructions labeled, "Export data from LastPass as a generic CSV file." The instructions are dated Sep 07, 2023, so I assumed they should be up to date.

I am using the LP browser extension in Firefox on Windows 11 Home, and I am not a premium user, but this is supposed to work. At least, it did the last time I exported (sometime in 2022, I think).

The instructions show two methods, one called "New experience" and the other called "Previous experience." I don't see the menu options for New experience, so I am trying the old way.

Those instructions say Previous experience – Select Account Options OR < your username > at the bottom of the menu, then go to Advanced > Export > LastPass CSV File.

I cannot find Export anywhere on the Advanced Options menu. I have searched the support pages for help on this, and they always point to this set of instructions.

Is there something I am missing here?

I'm sorry for the bad experience while trying to export your data. We understand it may cause confusion about which steps to follow, however, both sets of steps are updated and they are the same for other browsers.

We understand you're using Firefox, we received some reports were the export option is not working for all of the users here, could you please use another browser and the extension to generate the file?
