First of all, the fact that I'm locked out of my account, andI need to log into my account to talk to supportis absolutely asinine.
I have tried to log in with my master password. This is the same master password I've had for years. It doesn't accept the password. When I go through the process, and it texts me my code, even though I enter it mere seconds after the text, it won't allow me to use it. I don't know what the issue is- on other tickets, it blames the issue on my network (it's not my network- I checked. There is no localized issue. No email goes into anything other than my lastpass email, and then it was just the initial one that gets sent to verify.
