Importing from Dashlane Issues: "found 0 items or could not parse data"

Hi

Every time I attempt to import my data into LastPass from Dashlane (using their Secure Archive format), LastPass complains that it 'found 0 items or could not parse data'.

Importing via regular CSV files is also screwed up, as LastPass completely omits my entire password vault because, according to it, the passwords have no URLs linked to them.

Is there any way to get around this?

If not, I'll just go look for another password manager.

Could you try deleting all of the imported items in your LastPass Vault, making sure the Binary Component for LastPass is installed, then re-importing from Dashlane?

To install the Binary Component for LastPass:

1. Click the LastPass iconin your web browser toolbar.
2. Go toAccount Options or click your account email at the bottom of this menu>About LastPass.
3. In the Binary Component section, one of the following will be listed:
   • True= installed
   • False= not installed, clickEnable Native Messagingto install it. Once installed, you will need to restart your web browser in order for changes to take effect.

     Note:You can also install the binary component by using theLastPass Universal Installerfor all supported web browsers.

Once these steps are complete try the same import process in LastPass for importing from other password managers (here are the steps as well, just in case:https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/import-passwords-from-other-sources-lp040003)
