        <description><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Any way to connect with Lastpass support???</p><p>I have a premium account that the system would not auto-renew for some reason. A human agent previously told me my account issue was fixed, but it is not. There is still some glitch that needs to be fixed. I am currently logged into a premium account I have held and paid for for 6 years. I just need to talk to someone now so I can access my account. I keep trying to talk to the bot and it tells me I need a premium account. I am logged into my premium account, which has been switched to a families account by your tech support person, and it is not allowing me to pay for premium. Get this fixed please. I'm not sure how else to reach you. Thank you?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Being that support is nowhere to be found, and the bot is useless, I am here to find out if anyone has the answer to this. <br /></p><p>A while back, on desktop, I was able to copy a password by right clicking on it, so I could then paste it where I need to. This function has now gone and its frustrating that I have to open two tabs, and then spending time manually inputting complex passwords. <br /><br />

        <description><![CDATA[<p>My password didn't work this morning.  I have not changed it in a few months.  Was wondering if somebody may have hacked LastPass and changed my password.  I was in an AirBNB the past 5 nights….could somebody have been tracking me?  What is horrific is that I cannot get any help from a customer support person to see if somebody may have changed my password in the past 2 weeks.  ALTHOUGH, there seems to be an option to chat if you want to talk to SALES.  This is a Security company, right?  Shouldn't SECURITY be the #1 concern?  Not sales?  Does anybody know how I can see when my password was last changed?  If somebody did hack my account, it would only take minutes/an hour to copy everything.  Why is is so hard to get somebody to help me here when somebody may be stealing money and my identity????</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I store a lot of information in Secure Notes and also notes in the notes section of a password.   since the UI change, it now displays only a few lines of the notes/secure note so that I have to scroll constantly to get to any information stored there. And it doesn't allow you to resize it either. Anyone have a solution for this or anyone else not liking this change? </p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>After finding that MFA can only be setup through the web browser extension, I setup my new Yubikey, registered it with the LastPass Authenticator, logged out of my LastPass app on my phone and tried to login. Nope. The LastPass app asks for the MFA. The Yubikey sends an authentication string but the login fails. Has anyone gotten this to work? I'm trying to get away from LastPass texting my phone when I login from a new device.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>It’s surprising that the Families Account doesn’t support time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP). 1Password really outshines LastPass in this area, it makes ZERO sense that you can generate authentication codes directly from a business LastPass but not the families account. <br /><br />
Two-factor authentication is essential! Without it, the free LastPass Families for employees business bonus feels pointless—why would anyone use it? </p><p>Either allow employees to upgrade to include this feature or just give them this feature OTP is so common now, and by 2026 it’s an absolute must.</p>]]>

This makes LastPass virtually unusable on Chrome. I have a compromised password that I needed to reset. I reset it with the company, but LP won't let me change it. I am using Chrome on an iMac when this happens. I had to make the change on my iPhone, which does not seem to be affected, and when I am on Chrome it transferred properly to Chrome after I reset it on my iPhone.Thank you!</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>So did I lose ALL of my previous bug reports &amp; questions on this community platform?</p><p>So I started to notice 1-2 months ago that nothing is syncing. </p><p>I've been paying for the pro version since I don't know when, 2014 or so. </p><p>I never had ANY problems with my devices syncing. </p><p>For this login I needed, it doesn't even find it when I search on my laptop or in the vault.</p><p>Then I tried to log into my toxic cell phone weapon &amp; it first said I have no internet (not true), then it kept giving me the confirm word to log in (this was a bug from years ago). It wouldn't show me the "Confirm red button."</p><p>It finally showed up after I tried to log in at least 5 times telling me my p/w was wrong even though it wasn't, that's the confirm bug.</p><p>Now I'm in &amp; it says I don't have the pro version &amp; it can't even find any search results, let alone the one I need. Just insane.</p><p>And now it logged me out again.</p><p>OMG. Why do I have to waste all of my time just trying to find my login &amp; staying logged in on the cell????</p><p>And now it looks like you removed ALL of my previous questions &amp; conversations with others in this new community, correct???</p>]]>

Many times when I click the extension the tab selected is the 'All Relevant' which has never helped me access what I want, not sure what the plan was for this tab but I find it useless.  Is there a way always have the last tab used as the initial tab, or set a  default tab for when the extension is clicked on the toolbar. So that I can set Favorites to always display first. I use chrome on a mac.</p>]]>

I want to upgrade to a Family account and keep my current vault, settings and passwords etc.  When I try to do the upgrade the LastPass system tells me that I have to change my User ID.  I don't want to do that.  I want to keep everything the same and just upgrade to Family.  My user profile indicates that I am still a Family plan member but I actually am a Free member at this time.  Could that be the problem?  How can I upgrade to Family plan and still keep my same User ID, setting, vault, etc. Thanks for any help.</p>]]>
