Need to change phone number for account recovery
Hey guys, I do not remember my master password and the account recovery process wants to send a verification code to my old phone number. How can I get it changed to my new phone number so I may reset the master password to access my vault & data? Could really use a hand here. Matt

Why do I keep having to verify my identity everytime I log in from the same computers? I only use 2 different PCs and every single time I have to log into LP in one it signs me out of the other. This is so frustrating! You guys have terrible MFA.

I had to repeatedly enter my password, do a recovery, spend 20 minutes fighting with lastpass, only to be told when I finally was able to get to the password reset, that my password couldn't be the same as my previous one. anyone else?
