When importing passwords from a CSV, the URLs are being changed with decoding. The symbols "%3D" and "%3F" are replacing "?" and "=". I can't manually change more than 10,000 of them. Is there a way to know what's happening and fix this?

Using Linux Zorin OS 18 I have to refresh vault every time I start the computer and LastPass did not have this problem with Windows 10. Extensions I am using are for Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Same problem on both Firefox and Chrome.

Users are receiving "ERROR: policy-prohibits-sharing" when attempting to add a new password entry. If a folder is selected the entry is added. A new user (without any entries) cannot save an entry as no folders exist. How do we rectify this?
