My Authenticator app doesn't list Last Pass. If I hit the + sign, it wants a QR code. Where can I find the QR code? Everything I googled says to go to my last pass account settings on my laptop and go to MFA options and enable the last pass authenticator. Why are all of my buttons locked? This is the second time in 2 weeks. I can log into Last Pass, but if I try to change my password it objects to my current password.

I have it set so that those I send my passwords to do not see my password but they are still able to see everything. This defeats the entire purpose of lastpass. How would I correct this?
